Eggs Au Gratin

This is probably the best tasting thing I have cooked so far. I absolutely loved all the flavors that accompanied this dish.

My mom unfortunately hates cloves, and there is a minimal amount, but it wasn’t her favorite. Too bad! It was delicious.

There was no cheese in the recipe, which I find weird… Isn’t ‘gratin’ French for cheese…?
