Handmade Fettuccini with Mixed Seafood Tomato Sauce and Cheese


I had a blast making homemade noodles! It was difficult and time-consuming, but in the end it was completely worth it. The texture and the firmness of the noodle can’t be captured any other way!

Definitely worth the effort.

As for the finished dinner, I happen to hate shrimp. So I wasn’t thrilled having to put them in. I did like the rest of the sauce, though. I just picked out my shrimp. My dad as well.

My mom, however, is a huge fan of shrimp and loved the whole thing.

Leftover sauce is headed to my grandparent’s house!
