Angel Cake with Translucent Glaze

Unfortunately I didn’t use Cake Flour so it didn’t rise to it’s full potential, but I will say that it was delicious! Already all eaten up in our household.

The citrus zing of the glaze was what did it. The lightness of the cake and the zappy taste of the vanilla-lemon glaze was amazing. Can’t wait to make other versions of this! Next time I will buy some Cake Flour to ensure it rises to it’s full potential.
